We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager. Candidates will be briefed and trained for the role.Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to Crystalia Glass customers after the stage of contract signing
- Cooperation with the sales team at the moment of the project transfer
- Maintaining customer data in HubSpot CRM
- Cooperation with engineering department
- Guide customers through all processes, assist them with questions and concerns
- Track payments and further project phases
- Track due dates for partitions installations and deliveries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account/ Sales/ Project Manager or relevant role
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge of CRM system (preferred)
- Technical/Engineering background (preferred)

AutoCAD draftsman
Provide necessary drawings in AutoCAD for the manufacturer of glass and steel constructions according to the measurements and calculations provided.Crystalia Glass is interested in hiring qualified drafting engineers with full command of AutoCAD
Responsibilities:
- Create necessary drawings in AutoCAD for the glass and steel manufacturer according to the measurements and calculations provided
- Assist Project Managers and estimating department in analyzing the cost impact for change orders
- Compilation of a hardware list for the project
- Analyze and revise drawings based on engineer’s comments, architects’ changes, site conditions, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- General knowledge of glass and steel is a PLUS;
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Blueprint reading
- Compliance with drawing rules and standards
- Computer savvy (Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, Click up, etc.)
- An engineering degree is encouraged, but not required.
- Legal documentation
- Ability to manage time appropriately and meet deadlines

- Have experience in the installation of:
Shower doors/Storefronts/Frameless and Framed Partitions/Glass railings - Knowledge about glazing and silicone
- Basic knowledge in metalwork and metal finishing
- Have knowledge in general construction
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Speak English (Russian would be a bonus!)
Required License/Certification:
- Driving License
- OSHA
- Candidate must have their work authorization
